respect for them in your interactions with students and their families.
Key Policies and Recommendations:
- Professional Conduct: New Era Home Tuition does not accept responsibility
for any misconduct or inappropriate behavior at a student's home or site. Maintaining professionalism is
essential at all times.
- Misbehavior Protocol: In the event of any reported misbehavior, we will
not provide assistance. Identification details will be shared with the parents, who may take appropriate
action if allegations are substantiated with evidence.
- No Responsibility for Unwanted Incidents: New Era Home Tuition will not
be held liable for any unwanted incidents, misunderstandings, or disputes that arise during your
tutoring sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Safety for Female Tutors:
- (1) Install the 112 app for emergencies.
- (2) Bring a parent or friend on the first day.
- (3) Keep someone on call while traveling.
- Communication with Parents: Maintain clear and open communication with
parents regarding any concerns or issues that may arise during your tutoring sessions. This helps in
building trust and resolving misunderstandings promptly.
Arrival and Departure: Always inform parents of your expected arrival and departure times. This
ensures transparency and helps build trust with the family
- Documentation: Keep a record of each tutoring session, including notes on
what was covered and any relevant observations. This can be helpful in case of any disputes or
misunderstandings.
- Respect for Family Privacy: Be mindful of the family's privacy and
personal space. Avoid discussing any personal information or engaging in conversations that may be in
opropriate.
- Professional Boundaries: Establish clear boundaries with students and
their families. Maintain a professional relationship and avoid any behavior that could be misconstrued.
- Feedback and Improvement:Be open to feedback from parents and students.
